Monica Randall


Director, Contracting

Monica Randall has over 20 years of experience working for the U.S. Small Business Administration. Over the course of her career, she worked in SBA's legal department and processed SBA guaranteed loans as a Loan Specialist. She also worked as a Marketing Specialist and as a Business Consultant in SBA's 8(a) program, servicing over 100 clients at a time. Randall possesses the ability to provide expert evaluations, analysis, interpretation, and implementation of federal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), FAR regulations and policies governing federal procurement as well as SBA’s guaranteed loan program. In addition to her extensive career with the government, she also worked as a Marketing Specialist for CIT, Small Business Lending in New Jersey.

Randall is currently an Adjunct Professor at Anne Arundel Community College where she is an instructor of the following courses: Advertising & Sales Promotion, Marketing, and Introduction to Entrepreneurship, eMarketing and Principles to Management.

Randall holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business from Coppin University, a Masters in Legal & Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore, and an MBA and Masters in Marketing from the University of Maryland University College.

Since April of 2011, Ms.Randall has been a CASA Volunteer - Court Appointed Special Advocates of Baltimore, which is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization committed to serving abused and neglected children by representing their voices in the Baltimore County court system and advocating for their best interests in the judicial, educational, medical, and social service communities.
